On Friday night, the band that Joe plays with, le Drugs, performed at a little coffee shop in downtown San Jose. The coffee shop, The Broken Door, was featuring both the band, and an artist. It was a very small coffee shop -- so small that Joe and Justin played on the counter. Eric had his drums off to the side. There was a tent set up right outside the door of the coffee shop where I hung out with some friends who turned out to support the band: Victoria, Fabien, Julie, Donal, Nathan and Nicole. I thought the guys sounded awesome and can't wait for more shows (hopefully at least one more before the baby comes, huh guys?).
